Shipping Policy
ParanoicBCN products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Please read the following information before placing your order.
Shipping destinations
We primarily ship to European destinations. The countries currently available for delivery are shown at checkout. If your country or region does not display an available shipping rate, we cannot accept the order for that destination.
Shipping rates
- European orders below €40: €5 shipping.
- European orders of €40 or more: free standard shipping.
The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout.
Production and delivery times
As each product is made especially for your order, production normally takes 2–7 business days before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery within Europe typically takes 3–12 business days, depending on the destination and production partner.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.
Separate packages
Products may be made by different Printify or Printful production partners. If your order contains products from different facilities, it may arrive in more than one package and on different days. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link after the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing the purchase. If you notice an error, contact paranoicbcn@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production has started. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Delayed or lost packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact paranoicbcn@gmail.com with your order number.
We will contact the production partner or shipping carrier and help determine the appropriate solution.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact paranoicbcn@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
